Funding for Dispute Resolution Cases
At Wheldon Law, we firmly believe that seeking funding for dispute resolution cases should not be a huge burden. This is why besides having competitive fees, we are offering a wide array of fee options to ensure that you will receive the legal service you require, regardless of your needs and budget.
When you contact our offices, a member of our staff will ask you a few questions about your case. Afterwards, you will receive a call from one of our solicitors, who will offer you free preliminary advice. However, we would like to inform you that the duration of these calls is limited to five (5) minutes because of the sheer volume of enquiries we receive from people who require legal assistance.
After the phone call, you have the option to book one of our fixed-fee consultations, which can last for up to one hour and cost a fixed rate of £275.00 exclusive of VAT*. During the consultation, we will discuss your case and outline the options available to you. We can also advise you on several key issues, including your legal position, chances of success, and legal expenses.
Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed letter of advice and discuss the costs of our legal services moving forward.
Because we know and understand that it can be a challenge for some people to obtain funding for dispute resolution cases, we make sure that our fees are flexible. Besides providing legal assistance at a fixed price, you can also receive our services at our usual hourly rate of £250 plus VAT*. Rest assured that we will provide you with a written estimate of the total costs of your case, which we will review continuously as it progresses.
